When do the coaches get their teams?

Teams are built after the last registration day. Coaches receive their team rosters in mid-July.
- We reserve the right to rebalance teams once they are built and after practices begin due to late registrants.
When do the players get called?

Teams may begin practice on or after August 1.

Coaches are supposed to call their teams once they get their rosters.
- Coaches are responsible for telling players/parents about practice times and location.
It’s after the first weekend in August and my child has not been called. What do I do?

To find your child’s coach, go to your Blue Sombrero account.
- If your child has not been called by August 10, please email the [email protected].
What else does my child need?

Registration fee includes: complete uniform (jersey, shorts, and socks), supplemental accident insurance, and a ball.
- Parents provide shoes, shin guards (mandatory) and water.
- Jewelry, especially earrings, may not be worn during practices or games. With this in mind, your child's ears must be pierced in enough time before August 1 that they can be removed for practice. The typical time is four weeks, so should be pierced on or before July 1.
How often are practices and games?

Practices are typically held twice a week and on Saturdays in August.

Games begin week after Labor Day - held on weekdays and Saturdays through mid-October. Saturdays only into November.

Playground and 6U practice/scrimmages are held on Saturdays beginning August 1.

Late registration?

Applications are accepted until September 15, space permitting. Applicants are taken from the wait list on a first in, first out basis.
- Fees are collected only if the child is registered.
Expo Day

Last Saturday in August
- Fun filled day including Picture Day, vendor booths and games.
Coach/Referee Volunteers

Classes are required for new referees and non-certified returning coaches.
- Coach and referee courses are typically offered in July and August.
